We throw in the dillies (our flat mesh nets) to catch wild Fraser Isle Spanner Crabs from the coastal waters, just south of the Great Barrier Reef.
Our Spanner Crabs love to bury themselves in sand, this area has over 250 kilometres of clear sandy beaches with long, uninterrupted sweeps of ocean beach, it’s the perfect place to fish.
Before the sun breaks the ocean’s horizon, our fishers head out into the coastal waters off Queensland’s K’gari.
Our three main product formats are live spanner crabs, raw spanner crab meat and cooked spanner crab meat, in food service and retail packaging.
We use technology to increase efficiency and reduce waste, but we still handpick and pack every product.
We’re forever considering how we can prepare our crab, to enable us to reach new corners of the world, without compromising quality.
