Sustainably caught in the pristine waters of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, we control every step of the process from catch, to you, so that you can be assured of quality every time. Unique and hard to find, it’s worth the search.

A SPECIAL CRAB FROM A SPECIAL PLACE

We throw in the dillies (our flat mesh nets) to catch wild Fraser Isle Spanner Crabs from the coastal waters, just south of the Great Barrier Reef.

Our Spanner Crabs love to bury themselves in sand, this area has over 250 kilometres of clear sandy beaches with long, uninterrupted sweeps of ocean beach, it’s the perfect place to fish.

WHERE WE FISH

Before the sun breaks the ocean’s horizon, our fishers head out into the coastal waters off Queensland’s K’gari.
